Sets Document Formatting Options for Footnotes.
FTN Ref Number in Text Position – Superscript, Subscript, Normal. (not yet implemented)
FTN Ref Number CharStyle – Character Style that should be applied to the Reference number in the text.
FTN ParaStyle – Paragraph Style that should be applied to the contents / body of the Footnote.
FTN Separator – Separator that should be inserted between the Reference number and the text of the Footnote.
