Reload Styles info of the currently Active Document – need to be used every time you switch documents – unless new document has the same structure.

Load saved Task(s) – not available in demo mode limited to frst 10 rules, also, removes all present Tasks.

Changes display proportions – Horizontally: 75:25, 50:50, 25:75, Vertically: 75:25, 50:50, 25:75.

In order to build Tasks – please select category of the Rule you want to add – column TYPE – then rule itself – from the RULE column – then specify parameters – column headers are updated automatically every time you select a row.

Displays progress when loading structure of the Document(s)

Executes selected Task on all Selected objects – Batch Mode – processing can be done forward or backward.

Switches between loaded elements of the Document(s) – can be performed by the Task using special rules.



Initiates loading structure of the Document.
It’s contextual – if nothing is selected, whole Document will be analysed, if something is selected – only selected element(s) will be analysed.
Also available though special rules, so you can save time and only load info for objects you want to process – instead of wasting time on loading complete structure of the Document.

If you DoubleClick on any Cell in the TYPE column – ID-Tasker will automatically select and center over this element in the InDesign – BrowserMode.
You can do this on any list so you can quickly locate Object, Text, Table, Cell, Footnote, Endnote, Hyperlink, Cross-Ref, Change, Indes entry, Found Text, etc. Of course, you can also DoubleClick on a Page – anything in the TYPE column will get you there – including switching between documents.
